AND these are the GOOD months for housing...................May, June, July and August were always the best months of the year for me in the business.............decent the rest of the year but my August closings were always the best month of the year..................and we KNOW that housing leads the way out of this but the guys in charge seem to not care about housing or employment AT ALL................those two things seem to be little side, unimportant issues to them................that makes the future very scary.......but not one of them has made a payroll so not very surprising, is it?
