President Obama and Democrats in Congress haven't moved to stop subprime lending -- they've just taken it over.

They've created a federal subprime-lending monopoly by seizing control of the financial apparatus -- Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Housing Administration -- and lending 100 percent of the home price to borrowers who can't afford it.

THEY NATIONALIZED us using the people here that believed they cared about honesty and transparency in the business........AND JUST WANTED TO FIX IT, offlmfao............

now you understand how this works, don't you? to completely NATIONALIZE an industry the media and disgusting government must LIE TO YOU and make you believe they are doing it to HELP you............

remember, the government said - just get the bad guys out and we will let you survive, NOW they are finishing you off because they thinned the herd and NO ONE will complain as the rest of the private money guys go broke, will they??????

I said 3 years ago that the gubnet would be doing subprime that would make World Savings proud..............and the 'good' self appointed smart ones here bashed and bashed..............

ahem ahem ahem cause they were promised if they worked hard they would be saved, sad sad sad.........now you guys are competing with no money down, no closing costs loans coming up.............just a paystub............

and you 'clean the sandbox' guys out know who you are...............NEXT TIME puleeeeze pay attention...............sadly it is too late for our industry...........
