It has well earned the number one slot for mortgage fraud for at least the last 5 years, hence the fact that 64% of ALL mortgages in Orlando are underwater alone! Little will be done for the back door deals already in place by mortgage brokers who have books but will no longer have licenses. The rest of the vultures will swoop down to feast and give "handshake" deals for under the table payments. I expect that Florida will be "surprised" when they see their reputation for being number one for Fraud continues for years to come...
