FOR WHAT, WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF YEARS OF OIL............ those people are starving they don't care about some carbon credit security...........or saving plan?????? FOOD CARTELS ANYONE???? nope they keep destroying us....one oil rig and cornfield at a time..............
