Brainy Harvard law professor Elizabeth Warren appears to be a two-time loser in the eat-or-be-eaten world of Washington politics.
In her most recent Beltway bruising, Warren is being taken to task by lawmakers and banking insiders for getting involved with the proposed global-settlement agreement distributed last week to five large mortgage lenders.
