first and second mortgage defaults fall in february

"Consumer credit defaults decreased in all major categories during February, according to the latest data released today for the S&P/Experian Consumer Credit Default Indices." -- Probably has to do with the trend of banks sitting on foreclosures/pre-foreclosures (and some improvement from meaningful loan mods getting done)
