Yesterday, we reported on the case of Pamela Jeter of Atlanta, who was facing foreclosure next week despite the fact she seemed to qualify for a mortgage modification and the investors who own her loan think she should be able to get one. Well, Jeter received word this morning that her servicer, OneWest, will not be seizing her house next week. The bank is postponing foreclosure for at least two months in the hope that the two sides could reach a solution in the meantime. source article | permalink | discuss | subscribe by: | RSS | email Comments: Be the first to add a comment add a comment | go to forum thread Note: Comments may take a few minutes to show up on this page.
