"The Ogden-based Bank of Utah is being sued in federal court by a Park City developer claiming the bank fraudulently put his development project in bankruptcy. The suit filed by Lawrence Meadows says the bank's fraud and extortion has kept him from selling a $5 million luxury home he built in Park City."
