At a conference in Manhattan federal court Monday, prosecutors told Judge Richard Sullivan that they intended to play up to 60 tapes in the trial of ex-Galleon trader Zvi Goffer scheduled to begin May 16.

Goffer, along with his brother, Emanuel and another trader, Michael Kimelman, are accused of making more than $20 million by trading on inside information, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission civil case that was filed along with the criminal complaint.
