``The Milwaukee-based insurer today reported a net loss of $151.7 million, or 75 cents a share, in the three months ended June 30, its 15th unprofitable period in 16 quarters. "Capital is a serious concern for mortgage insurers," said Guy LeBas, chief fixed-income strategist at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Philadelphia. "I wouldn't want to be a mortgage insurer right now. I do not envy their business risks." ''
