Interesting... the title on this was spiked to "BofA, Other Banks Can Resume Servicing of New Jersey Mortgages, Court Says" after we picked up the story. Rather odd when you consider that the original title was more accurate (the banks never stopped "servicing" the mortgages), yet of course less flattering to the banks.
