Former Indymac CEO Perry Shooting Self In Foot Over New Wave of Lawsuits

I have investigated a lot of mortgage fraud in the past 3 years and the loans originated by IndyMac during Michael Perry's reign was by far more blatant than the origination fraud that was committed by Countrywide. The successful lawsuits that homeowners have brought against lenders have been won because the management of these lenders don't know when to shut up.

I don't know who Michael Perry hired to do damage control for him but all they are doing is making him look guilty because now they have given credibility to any claims made by the government. It also doesn't help allowing only your former minions to post comments.
