Accused Tinpot Hedge Fund Fraudster Threatens Implode-o-Meter Over Third Party Article Based On Gov. Reports

Accused hedge fund Ponzi operator Keith Gilabert has threatened to sue HF-Implode based on a third-party contributor's article summarizing Gilabert's legal woes with his "GLT Venture Fund". This report in turn was based largely on reporting of Department of Justice and SEC complaints and settlements against Gilabert and his associates.

Update: it appears we were too kind; Gilabert was not only accused but pled guilty and got jail time. So it seems our theory about this being a move to "whitewash" history of such from the internet is correct.
