South Florida foreclosure rate three times higher than U.S.

"Miami-Dade's 25.18 percent 90-day delinquency rate was was more than three times that of the rest of the country, which recorded a 7.17 percent rate. Broward had a 90-day delinquency rate of 20.26 percent, while Palm Beach reported 18.21 percent. The average year-over-year percentage change for three counties was a 1.81 percent decrease."
