The student debt bubble marches closer to bursting. You now have nearly half of student borrowers not making any payments. Of those who re-entered re-payment 1 out of 4 is past due. Many are taking on the debt right now and will come out into a very weak economy that has been especially harsh on younger Americans. With $1 trillion in student debt outstanding (from less than $300 billion in 2002) this bubble is only getting worse
