What does it cost to add one more bedroom in California? The market demand for buying homes has largely come from families or soon to be families. The best way to look at this is pulling up inventory in same condo complexes and look price differences. Today, we look at a 1 bedroom pending sale at $124,000 and a 2 bedrooms condo right in the same complex going for $219,000 or a 76+ percent premium. In most other states the premium would be around 15 to 20 percent for this additional room
