From 2003 to 2007 we profiled many over priced SoCal homes under our Real Homes of Genius series. We profiled over 100 homes in multiple cities. We thought given the massive housing bust that this was a once in a generation bubble. Yet we are now seeing nonsense pricing yet again. Today we profile a duplex with 4 garages that get this, is currently being used as a single-family home. The place was built in 1961 and has 1,344 square feet. The price? $750,000 in hipster Silver Lake:
