The Canfield's $12,000 "modification" check was cashed by Countrywide/Bank of America but they've been unwilling or able to show where that money went. We believe that BoA has no legal standing to evict them or they would have done it by now. This is a couple determined to stay right up until BoA brings Sheriff Rivero to their doorstep and not a moment sooner! Everything Bank of America has done to date was to scare, intimidate and harass this couple (photographing their children as they play in the yard for example) Total Bullshit! The next BofA tool who sets foot on their property will be placed under citizens arrest for Trespassing! They're NOT moving!
