``In February, after the January announcement of a settlement by most of the other servicers, ResCap filed a motion with the bankruptcy requesting that a settlement be considered. The spend for the review, according to court document, was now $300,000 per day, by far the "single most costly administrative expense of the Debtors' estates."''
