``According to The Federalist, only 15 percent of the Clinton Foundation's take was donated to pragmatic programs. $25 million went to fund travel and $110 million to salaries. An astounding $290 million, 60 percent of all money raised, was classified as "other expenses." The Clinton Foundation is so corrupt that Charity Navigator won't rate it since they can't understand it.''
