``The British government said it would arrest Mr. Assange if he leaves the embassy, regardless of the U.N. ruling. A spokeswoman at Sweden's Foreign Ministry said Sweden disagreed with the panel's findings but declined to comment further. Swedish prosecutors, who want Mr. Assange extradited for questioning on sexual-assault allegations, said the U.N. group's ruling had "no formal impact on the ongoing investigation, according to Swedish law."
