Haven Properties Inc. , which built homes in Tributary in Douglasville and elsewhere, has closed its doors, said Tori Ewing, former vice president of corporate communications for the Alpharetta-based home builder.

Brayson Homes Inc. in Suwanee, once a top 10 builder in metro Atlanta, is currently “in negotiations with our construction lender to complete our homes,” said the chief financial officer for family-owned Brayson Homes, who asked that his name not be used.
