Rockingham County Superior Court Judge McHugh has granted a stay of his earlier order of 3/25/09 to disclose the identity of informants to ML-Implode pending appeal of the matter to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Judge McHugh maintained the portion of his original order for ML-Implode not to repost the Mortgage Specialists 2007 "Loan Chart". ML-Implode had voluntarily taken the Loan Chart down prior to The Mortgage Specialists filing suit.
ML-Implode continues to maintain that the original order to release the identities and to take down the received information constitute illegal prior restraints on its free speech and that of ML-Implode contributors.
