Funny how you claim to only be interested in helping strugling homeowners yet the only modification firms you trust are fee charging, for profit outfits whose fees only further drain struggling homeowners' finances. So weird that you do not trust a non-profit agencies but you do trust lawyers that charge huge, unreasonable, and unnecessary fees.
