You would have been smarter and better to have taken those fees you paid to the unions for 30 years and invested it yourself...............

It will be safer than trusting someone else WHO HAS A POOR TRACK RECORD OF DOING THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE...........(and again before I get beat, the UNIONS WERE VERY VERY NECESSARY 30-40 YEARS AGO, agree...........but now you KNOW THEY CAN'T HONOR THEIR PROMISES FOR YOUR FUTURE

SO ISN'T IT SILLY TO CONTINUE TO PAY THEM TO DO THAT.

I have always said it is one thing to take our 30 year careers away, BUT TO WORK FOR SOMEONE 30 YEARS AND BE PROMISED 50% OR SO OF MY PAY AND THEN NOT GET IT, OUCH, GOING TO BE UGLY.

those pesky, LEGACY COSTS THAT THE LOWLY GM EMPLOYEES WERE BEGGING FOR IN THEIR PROTESTS LAST MONTH ARE THEIR RETIREMENT AND MEDICAL COSTS

but to the young

(and evidently THIS ADMINISTRATION AS they bash legacy costs all the time - sounds better than saying we are going to rob grandma and grandpa, DOESN'T IT?)

THOSE COSTS AND PEOPLE ARE DISPOSABLE.

IT IS NO COINCIDENCE THE ELDERLY ARE MARCHING, IS IT?

While the government trashes those legacy costs, they forget that the union guy paid dues all his life

for those FAT LEGACY COSTS.

Just last month they were IN PICKET LINES IN NY DURING THE GM BK HEARINGS BEGGING FOR THOSE FUNDS TO BE HONORED,

so damn sad because we KNOW THEY ARE GONE..............

That is why after THE UNIONS taking all these people's money and HELPING to bankrupt GM

THIS ADMINISTRATION STOLE THE INVESTMENT MONEY FROM THE PRIVATE CAPITAL HOLDERS AND GAVE THE COMPANY TO THE HEAD UNION GUYS AT GM - HUH?? THEY REWARDED THEM FOR STEALING FROM THE LITTLE GUY AND MISMANAGING THEIR RETIREMENT? HUH?

and before I get the Union beatdown,

I was raised in Monroe, Michigan, between Toledo and Detroit and in 5th grade moved to Dayton, OH, SO I KNOW PERSONALLY FOR 50 YEARS THE GOOD OLD UNION GUYS when everything was rosy AND THEY WERE NEEDED and it was when the promises were being made............

AND I KNOW VERY WELL TODAY WHAT THAT SOCIALISM AGENDA HAS CREATED IN THOSE SAME AREAS- IT IS NO ACCIDENT THAT MICHIGAN AND OHIO ARE TANKING AND THE UNION AREAS ARE THE HARDEST HIT...........

AS THIS ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO FORCE (CARD CHECK) UNIONS DOWN OUR THROATS AS THEY ARE DISAPPEARING............

OBAMA USES THEM TO BUS THEM IN AND HELP STOMP OUT FREE SPEECH OF OTHERS..............

THEY SHOWED UP WITH GUNS IN PHILADELPHIA THREATENING VOTERS DURING THE LAST ELECTION - SURPRISE THEY WANTED THE DEMOCRAT TO WIN :shock: :shock:

AND THEN THE DEMOCRAT WHO GOT IN ------ ATTORNEY GENERAL ERIC HOLDER - DISMISSED THE CHARGES :evil: :evil: ..........

I guess 600 million can buy you a lot, right :roll:

IMAGINE BUSH PEOPLE WITH GUNS THREATENING DEMOCRATS AT A VOTING POLL,

DEATH WOULD BE TOOO GOOD, RIGHT?????????.

This is sad, very very sad AND BECOMING DANGEROUS AND THE ADMINISTRATION KNOWS THAT VERY WELL when they ask for union help, I don't call this guy a Chicago thug for nothing,

UNIONS WHO SENT 600 MILLION DOLLARS TO THE DEMOCRAT PARTY LAST ELECTION, SOME LITTLE GUY'S RETIREMENT WENT TO WASHINGTON FOR FAVORS, HOW'S THAT HOPE AND CHANGE WORKING...

And it won't just be unions that can't pay their pensions, but they are the largest group that convinced workers to give up their raises once they were already making 1-1/2 times market wages

(i.e. $52 for Detroit carworkers and $34 in South Carolina as an example)

convinced them to give up salary concessions for THAT BIG FAT PIE IN THE SKY PAYMENT IN THE FUTURE

and the workers believed them because of course they could trust their union leaders :roll: .............

and from the stories in California are still using THOSE FUTURE, NONEXISTANT BENEFITS AS CARROTS TO KEEP PEOPLE FROM STRIKING.

The sad part is the unions have to go because there are now about 150 people for every job, THE EMPLOYERS WILL HAVE ALL THE POWER FOR A LONG LONG TIME, AND NO PROTECTION FEES YOU PAY WILL BE ENOUGH

there will be no way to force any company for anything.................This is where it has come guys and it is unbelievable..................history being made in our faces..........

and again, not just a union problem, private companies are firing left and right

BUT I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT I WOULD FEEL IF I HAD PAID A FEE TO WORK EVERY MONTH TO THE AWFUL MIDDLE MANAGER IDIOTS AT SOME OF THE PLACES I HAVE WORKED IN THIS INDUSTRY. TO END UP UNEMPLOYED ANYWAY AFTER PAYING THOSE FEES ALL THEIR LIVES, OUCH, THAT IS MY POINT. Permalink
