you are still helping people stay in homes they can't afford.....the bad-aid has to be ripped off from homeowners all the way to hedge funds and banks and insurance companies. Their values are bordering on 50% AND THEY OWE 100%.

And what of the millions of homeowners who do not have Freddie or Fannie? or who have lenders like Deutsche Bank who chose not to participate in any modification program? Until you fix the problem across the board, those millions of homeowners who cant use the HAMP system, will continue to put pressure on the housing market and the problem will not be fixed.
