Of course they are getting money from Obama for the "cash for keys" program I am so sure they generously offered to these homeowners. How many of these homeowners got offered a modification? A better headline would have been, "Citi Bank extended a Holiday present of loan modifications to 4,000 homeowners facing foreclosure" The system is just such a joke!
