Are Homebuilders Lying Again?

"The next topic is very important, so I will keep my silliness to a minimum. The economy will not recover until homebuilding recovers, homebuilding will not recover until foreclosures subside.... It is that simple. Once foreclosures subside then development will begin again in key A and B submarkets around the country in the MSA's in which homebuilders make all their money. This is not happening today and many builder stocks will be paying the piper this year for not providing more clarity on their portfolio of assets.... May God have mercy on all our souls "
