They should appeal this to the Supreme Court. A commenter should not be unmasked just because of a flip (and possibly true!) comment that an applicant bribed a local municipal commission. It is interesting how in these sorts of anonymous online commenter cases, the court always assumes the commenter is lying, rather than the plaintiff, or rather than taking a neutral stance.
