"Stricter lending rules have helped curb the number of mortgage delinquencies. Agencies from the FHA to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are reporting a decreasing number of people who are behind on mortgage payments.

But while it seems that mortgage delinquencies have peaked, the number of people still behind on mortgage payments remains high. Anyone looking for good news in the numbers will have to look past the 4.9 million borrowers who haven't made a mortgage payment in at least three months."

sure it is the same game they are playing with unemployment............last May they played a game by sending the unemployment from the fed back to 50 states to create big departments and handle it................50 different petrie dishes, why would they do that??????? easier to hide the numbers

and then half the people DON'T COUNT because the government and Oilybama says they have been out of work too long?????? they don't count???? only the media would let oilybama get away with that crazy.............while 500,000 a month are losing their jobs..........the old guys are sure to be hired, right????????????

and today's unemployment numbers are being touted as rosy because they have dumped millions and millions of tier v unemployed off the rolls and then brag that the unemployment numbers ARE GOING DOWN............all those oil workers and businessmen in the oil mess are starting to file for benefits and the NUMBER WENT DOWN????

see the similarity with foreclosures...........some state just last week put another moratorium on foreclosures in their state.................wholaaa their foreclosure numbers went down, SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE.........they don't think we can handle the truth

and sadly even on this site way toooo many people don't want the truth............ Permalink
