``The bigger news is reflected in the portion that I’ve highlighted from the report at the bottom of the page where there was a drop of 308K claims for extended benefits. While this might seem like good news, it is going to create a huge distortion in the December U-3 unemployment report as the benefits were not extended in a timely manner which does guarantee Obama a chance to flash those ivory Chiclets and proclaim that the economy is improving once again. Sadly for him, the people under the tarps burning Department of Interior property (aka, firewood) to survive in the forests of America will not see the picture, hear the news, nor give a crap.''
