The Securities and Exchange Commission announced Friday that Fontana, a one-time trader at Steven Cohen's SAC Capital Advisors, was ordered to pay back $816,184 in profits along with $168,606 in penalties, as the result of short selling financial stocks after participating in a public offering for those same stocks.
