My suggestion is for everyone, but certainly for those of you who live in Europe, to take out the amount of - cash - money you plan on spending on Christmas items, presents, food, charities etc. And then don't spend it, but keep it in your wallet. Pay for all your Christmas spending with anything you like, plastic, cash, or whatever, but not the money you just took out. Keep it"
