Home foreclosure sales in metropolitan Kansas City remained stubbornly high the first quarter of this year, led by Wyandotte County, which totaled 43.8 percent of all transactions.
On average, 29.8 percent of all residential sales in the area were foreclosure homes. But that is slightly up from the 29.3 percent in the same quarter last year.
