"Mortgage rates are stabilizing at higher levels, up 3/8 off all time lows, and 1/4 percent higher then they started the week. After several days of declines, mortgage-backed securities prices, which drive mortgage rates in the opposite direction, are up +10/32 (FNMA 30-yr 4.0 at 101.31) today, making it consecutive days of gains (+14/32 yesterday) and helping to stabilize mortgage rates at these higher levels."
