note it is a NY Times story.................most voters will reregister where they land but the NEW YORK TIMES should be worried because their side is going to have low turnout anyway and this makes it worse because the writer is correct, when you lose your job, your house, everything you have worked for all your lives and it happened to most in the last 3 years - voting is probably something they don't care about for about 10 years or if ever and yes - stats are showing that many of the voters the Ny Times is worried about have 'left the country'.....
